Portland Square, Bristol – Square Development Group

Redevelopment of site occupied by disused warehouse to provide student accommodation in this sustainable city centre location. The proposals include the demolition of the warehouse buildings, and restoration of two Grade II Listed buildings, No’s 31 & 32 Portland Square, which have been derelict for some years.

The proposed development would provide a total of 257 bedspaces in a mix of studio and shared apartments.
