Bath Road, Brislington – Knightstone Housing Association (now LiveWest)

NOMA were appointed by Sovereign Housing association to oversee the redevelopment of this former industrial site into affordable housing.

We worked with BCC to develop a design which maximises the potential for the site. Our proposals include 144 much needed social housing apartments and houses, utilising existing basements on site for parking and servicing, freeing up the ground level for shared courtyards, private gardens and public routes through the scheme.
