This site formerly housed a school annexe and is located in a predominantly residential suburb of North Bristol. A new medical centre was constructed on part of the site, and a residential use was deemed the most viable use for the remainder of the vacant land. The development included 9No 2 bedroom apartments for Bristow Fair Rent Housing Association.
